1) Acceptance

By accessing Omnvert, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Kaan Tokali (independent developer, Türkiye).

2) The service

• We provide online tools for file conversion and network analysis.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• Free tier limits (file size, rate limits) may apply to ensure fair use.

3) Your files & license

• You retain all rights to the files you upload.
• You grant us a limited, revocable license to process your files solely to provide the requested functionality.
• You represent you have the rights and permissions to use, upload, and process the files.

4) Prohibited use

• Do not upload or process unlawful, infringing, or malicious content (e.g., malware, harmful scripts).
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, probe infrastructure, or disrupt the service.
• No processing of special-category personal data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

5) Intellectual property

The site design, branding, and software are our IP or our licensors’. You may not copy or resell the service.

5a) Advertising, sponsored links & cookies

• The service is free and funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads are marked as such by the ad network. Cookie use for advertising and analytics is described in the Cookies Policy, and in consent-required regions it is subject to your choice in the cookie banner ("Cookie settings" in the footer).
• Some pages contain clearly labelled sponsored links (e.g., an Etsy product in the sidebar). We may benefit financially from these placements; they cost you nothing extra. Third-party sites you reach through ads or sponsored links have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or your purchases there.

6) Availability & support

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee output accuracy, format compatibility, or that files will be virus-free after conversion.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your files or your breach of these Terms.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

11) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
