Where the tools run

Some tools run entirely in your browser: the file never leaves your device and the work is done by your own CPU. Others run on the server, either because the job is heavy (video, large PDFs, 3D meshes) or because it needs a library with no browser equivalent.

Each tool page states which group it belongs to. Claiming that a server-side tool runs in your browser would be wrong; if you see such a claim, it is a bug and we want to hear about it.

What happens to uploaded files

Files processed on the server are written to a temporary directory, returned to you as soon as the job finishes, and deleted automatically after a fixed retention window. They are not forwarded to third-party services and are not used as training data.

If you are working with a confidential document, the safest habit is to remove the source with the tool's own delete button when you are done.

How the articles are written

Blog posts are drafted with AI assistance and then reviewed claim by claim: format details come from the specifications, numbers are recomputed, and every external link is requested before it is cited.

Each post passes an automated quality gate before publication: minimum length, at least four questions and answers, at least two https sources, working internal links, and the absence of machine-writing tells.

We do not publish a number we could not verify. Where solid data does not exist, we say so and give the range and the reason instead.

Data behind the calculators

For Turkey-specific calculators (severance ceiling, minimum wage, tax brackets, CPI) the values come from official sources and the period they apply to is shown on the page.

Inflation series are based on TÜİK data and refreshed on a schedule. When a series has no current data the tool says so rather than producing an estimate.

These tools are informational. A disputed claim needs an accountant or a lawyer, not a calculator.

Photographs in the articles come from sources licensed for commercial use, are downloaded and served from this site, and the photographer and licence are recorded.

Alt text is written from the photograph's own title and subject; it does not repeat the headline and does not assert detail we could not confirm.

Reporting an error

If you think a result is wrong, tell us the tool and the values you entered. Data errors get corrected with their source.
