How uses are counted
- One use is one file processed by one metered tool. A job that fails on our side is not counted.
- Free uses are counted per tool and per day, and reset at midnight UTC. Credits and plans are shared by every metered tool.
- Publisher → PDF: one use per .pub file, whatever formats you pick. A credit pack converts 3 files; with a Day Pass or Pro one job takes up to 500 files or 2 GB. Page 1 of up to 20 files is previewed free before you pay. Open the converter
- CSV Splitter and Excel Splitter: one use per split, however many parts the file is cut into.
Questions
What counts as one use?
One file processed by one metered tool. Publisher → PDF counts each .pub file, whatever formats you choose; CSV Splitter and Excel Splitter count each split, however many parts it makes. Jobs that fail on our side are not counted.
What does "unlimited" mean?
With a Day Pass or Pro nothing is counted: use any metered tool as often as you like while the plan runs. Per-job limits still apply so that one job cannot hold up everyone else: Publisher → PDF takes up to 500 files or 2 GB in one job, and every tool keeps its own upload size limit.
Do I need an account to pay?
No. The checkout asks only for an email address, which is also where your receipt goes. The purchase is tied to the browser you paid from; to use it on another device, sign in with Google using the same email.
How can I pay?
By card or PayPal, through Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and the checkout shows the amount before you confirm.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your account page, at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the plan does not renew. A Day Pass ends on its own after 24 hours; there is nothing to cancel. My account
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your account until you use them.
